Cheese making workshop
We’re happy to announce our first workshop we organize in the name of our club.
In this workshop Jesus a goat keeper from Andalusia will show us how to make cheese and ricotta from the freshly churned milk to the final cheese with rennet and milk thistle seeds.
Jesus is the fifth generation to carry on the family tradition and is passionate about sharing his knowledge with the world. His expertise covers every aspect of the art of goat herding, from grazing and milking to cheese-making and rope-making.
This workshop will be held in Spanish and translated into English.
Optional we can have lunch together in the restaurant Caserón de Guaro in the same town.
If you have any questions about the workshop, please get in contact with us
