DESCRIPTION:\nWe’re happy to announce our first workshop we organize in the name of our club.\n\n\n\nIn this workshop Jesus a goat keeper from Andalusia will show us how to make cheese and ricotta from the freshly churned milk to the final cheese with rennet and milk thistle seeds.\n\n\n\nJesus is the fifth generation to carry on the family tradition and is passionate about sharing his knowledge with the world.
